CANSA Alberton presented a talk on “No Smoking and Hookahs” to Grade 3 to 7 at a local primary school in the Tokoza area during CANSA’s Anti-Tobacco Campaign.
We were amazed when a Grade 3 learner assembled the hookah pipe without missing a section. It was also an eye opener when two girls aged seven and nine came forward and asked the nurse from CANSA for advice on how to stop smoking.
The scholars engaged with questions and were very eager to learn about the dangers of smoking and the dangers of smoking hookah pipes.
