The reason for our Charity Bond entry is to create awareness for the CANSA Brand, educate the Public about the early detection of Cancer and provide a vehicle to generate income for CANSA.

CANSA has been one of the most trusted resources on cancer information in South Africa for nearly a century. Thanks to public and corporate support, CANSA has empowered people to take control of their health. We provide preventative guidelines and engage in public efforts to increase awareness about the importance of cancer prevention and early detection. Our eight mobile health clinics travel to remote areas throughout South Africa to reach people who would otherwise not have had access to screening and prevention programmes. On average, our Cancer Information specialists answer more than 12 000 calls per annum to the toll-free number (0800 22 66 22) and respond to over 9 000 emails. Annually, more than 100 000 people visit the CANSA website – www.cansa.org.za

The cost of the Entry is R1500 and each rider is encouraged to raise a minimum of R500 (R500 is paid to the Organizers for the registration Fee). The cost includes a Limited Edition CANSA Craft Cycle Jersey, valued at R700 as well as a Goodie Bag, valued at R250 and entry into the CANSA Charity Batch.
Riding in the CANSA Charity Batch will be some Celebs and Sporting Personalities, as well as prominent cyclists.
