The Universities of Cape Town and Stellenbosch invites eligible cancer patients, family members of cancer patients, or cancer care advocates survivors living in or around Cape Town to participate in a research study focused on clinical communication in advanced cancer patients.
The patients participating in this study can potentially benefit from having their goals and wishes for end-of-life care clarified in their own minds, which, if shared with their Health Care Practitioner and families could lead to improved end-of-life care for themselves. The Universities of Cape Town and Stellenbosch invites eligible cancer patients, family members of cancer patients, or cancer care advocates survivors living in or around Cape Town to participate in a research study to help doctors better understand how to talk to patients about what they find important at the end of their lives.
